This page explains what data we keep about you, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
What we keep
Your name, phone number, your email address if you gave one, the times of your appointments, and, if you signed up, your spot on the waitlist.
We also keep short-lived security logs, including IP addresses, to help prevent abuse.
If you tick ‘Remember my details on this device’ when booking, your name, phone number and email address are kept in a cookie on your own device, never as a profile on our side, and you can remove them at any time via ‘Clear my details’ on the booking page.
Why
To manage your appointment and, if you're on the waitlist, to let you know as soon as time opens up.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you ask us to remove it.
